Right from the start Paul was professional and responsive. He heard our goals and tailored a sales approach to meet them. He and his team were always on the ball, consistently available, and extremely knowledgeable. We were selling in a bit of a hurry with an unexpected move and not only did Paul meet our price target, but he generated multiple offers in a few weeks. Given that we were selling a townhome, he had plenty of competition - which, for the record, are still for sale! Our home sold seamlessly with minimal effort on our part, no conditions, and a close date. Would highly recommend Paul and his team!
