We contacted Angelo Ricci for a property in the Lincoln area. It didn't work out, but he kept looking around the area within our budget & found a Property in Beamsville. He wasn't the Primary realtor but arranged a viewing. Arrived early. Took us step by step through the property, a re-furbished Modular home on a land lease for a reasonable price. We were happy, but he recommended a proffesional Home inspector. We are so glad he did as the support joists were rotted & the sellers did a mickey mouse repair to disguise the problem. He recommended a $20,000 reduction for repairs & We got the property we loved at a the reduction he proposed & We will have the neccesary repairs done before we move in. A Great Real estate agent. Honest , Knowledgeable & Trustworthy.🙏❤️

Had the pleasure of working with Mustafa Sherzaee from Benson Crew. He was super easy to work with, was very accommodating to the type of schedule I work and helped my fiancée and I find our new rental home! Great guy to deal with and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to find a reliable realtor.

Mustafa has been fantastic helping me looking for a lease! I had specific requirements and he did an excellent job targeting the market for what I was looking for. He has been extremely patient and conveyed any information I didn’t understand in a timely manner. As soon as he saw I wasn’t interested in certain listings he refined the search and the listings only got better for my taste and needs. Mustafa nailed it and got me get exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend working with Mustafa for your next lease or home purchase!
