We contacted Angelo Ricci for a property in the Lincoln area. It didn't work out, but he kept looking around the area within our budget & found a Property in Beamsville. He wasn't the Primary realtor but arranged a viewing. Arrived early. Took us step by step through the property, a re-furbished Modular home on a land lease for a reasonable price. We were happy, but he recommended a proffesional Home inspector. We are so glad he did as the support joists were rotted & the sellers did a mickey mouse repair to disguise the problem. He recommended a $20,000 reduction for repairs & We got the property we loved at a the reduction he proposed & We will have the neccesary repairs done before we move in. A Great Real estate agent. Honest , Knowledgeable & Trustworthy.🙏❤️
