Here is a review from a couple who so far have not had a good experience with realtors to say the least. Scott Benson and Michelle Champagne changed that for us. We started working with Scott Benson and we were impressed with his professional approach. He is a man who follows up on his promises (not so in our past experience). For example, he gave as a professional interior decorator who staged our home with refreshed look (other realtors promise that service but seemed to find a way out of it). He also promised to share some cost of the home improvements and followed through. As a busy owner of a large team, Scott introduced us to Michelle. Michelle is compassionate and respectful as much as professional in her conduct. She responds with a lighting speed. She was on our side during negotiations to sell the house, when in the past we also found that realtors would work in their own self interest. Currently we are in a process of looking for another property and she's been helpful with the due diligence, making enquiries and phone calls. We are informed and feel protected as not to make a hasty decision. Kudos to the Benson Team! It was about ten days ago that we responded to a mail out from the Benson Team offering a free market evaluation.
