We worked with Lisa Milroy and Clorice Manning throughout December to find a good property and despite the holidays and all, they are very responsive and helpful! It was our first property to ever purchase and we clueless about the process but they were very informative and supportive all the way! Lisa Milroy was our sales agent when we sold our home in Waterdown and would recommend her without hesitation. She's one of those unique people who can be personal and professional at the same time. She walked us through all the information we needed to arrive at a price point and a selling strategy. After that initial meeting, it took us a while to contact Lisa but when we did - she remembered us, our concerns, and details about our home. She managed the sale of our home with integrity and transparency - that seems to come second nature to Lisa. We're now in a situation where we'll be buying soon. Unfortunately, with our move to BC, we're unable to have Lisa as our agent.
